Consideration for inclusion is based on developed themes and site location each year.

This information is important.

We will be generating a car specific QR coded sticker that can be scanned by patrons on the day of the event. Once scanned, your uploaded images will be displayed along with Year, Model, Colour and the story you tell us about your car. We are not looking to edit this content so please keep it informative and brief.

The QR code sticker will be sent to your mailing address in advance & needs to be displayed on the window behind the driver.

All cars must remain on display and in place until 3pm on Sunday 10 November.

You can enter more than one car if you happen to be in that fortunate position.

Owners name & private information will not be displayed.
