Bastardo Inspired Red Matte Individual
911 E 2.2 litre running carburettors. This car is a tribute to the original '8 Ball', a 1968 Porsche 911L Lightweight once owned by Spike Feresten. The original car was purchased new by Fred Baker, the son of the family who invented the Tonka Toy Truck product line. The car was ordered for the 1968 Trans-Am series, and was delivered brand new to Sebring, where photographers captured the car on its inaugural lap, cementing the red coupe on the front of contemporary Porsche advertising.
