This 944S2 Cabriolet is not just a car; it's a piece of automotive history with a soul. Originating from Great Britain, it has journeyed across continents, following its first custodian to Hong Kong and then on to Australia, before finding its way to me. In the four months since it became mine, I've dedicated countless hours to restoring it to its former glory, ensuring that every detail aligns with the original specifications using OEM parts wherever possible. This labour of love has deepened my connection to the vehicle, making me not just its owner but its caretaker. Despite its capability, I prefer to enjoy it in the manner it was intended - not racing, but savouring leisurely drives through the countryside, top down, immersed in the landscape. Its rarity, coupled with its meticulously maintained stock form, makes it a true emblem of Porsche's heritage and an embodiment of automotive artistry.
