The 964 Carrera 4, Introduced in 1989 was to the date, The Most Technically Sophisticated 911 to have Entered Series Production, with the Four Wheel Drive System (seen for the First Time on a Production 911) Developed from the Legendary 959's PSK System. Remarkably Stable, Wickedly Fast, and Astoundingly Easy to Drive, the Carrera 4 was out to Prove Just How Advanced Porsche were. This 964 C4, Delivered New by Hamiltons of South Yarra on the 13th of December 1989 started it’s life with a 3.6L Flat Six, Producing 250hp and Capable of reaching 100km/h in 5.5 Seconds, which while Very Impressive, still Left Room for Improvement. Dating back to 1996 this 911 has been Mechanically Improved, with a Cost No Object Budget, all while Still Retaining it’s Original, Numbers Matching Engine Case. Beginning with the Engine, Rebuilt to 993 RS Specification, Enlarged to 3.8L, Fully Blueprinted and Machined to Reduce Windage, Fitted with a genuine 993 RS Vario-Ram Inlet Manifold, 993 RS Bosch Engine Management and a 'Cargraphic' Stainless Exhaust. The Suspension has also been Upgraded with Adjustable Koni Struts, H&R Lowered Springs and Uprated Anti-Roll Bar Up Front, while at the Rear there are Bilstein Shocks, a 3-Way Adjustable Sway Bar and H&R Lowered Springs. The Body wears Genuine RS Brake Cooling Ducts and 993 Tear Drop Mirrors. The Interior had RS Door Cards & Pulls and MOMO ‘SUPER CUP’ Race Seats.
